CERALITE^® - French product

CERALITE^® is a Patented, Registered Trademark. This unique substance was developed in our factory to answer ever increasing demands for baths and sanitary ware to be manufactured in special colours, with specific designs and characteristics.

CERALITE^® is a synthetic material. Two moulds are required for each manufactured piece - creating a reinforced double skin which is bonded with a thermodynamic cement, sandwiched between the two. The finished thickness is approx. 12mm.

This technique gives:

■  Complete dimensional stability

■  Rigidity and inflexibility

■  Aging resistance

■  Minimal Heat Loss
 

Evenness of finish and mould support is provided by the use of a gel coat, which also contains the colour.

The choice of colours is infinite and finishes can be matt, gloss, metallic and mother of pearl. There are unlimited decoration options which we can match to any marble, precious and semi-precious stone and timber.

In cases of accidental damage, CERALITE^® is repairable in most instances.
